Dave Warnick has over 30 years of global human resources experience working at the executive level with large multinational industrial companies. Throughout his career, he has completed over 15 merger and acquisition and business transformation global projects. He currently serves as interim/ fractional Chief HR Officer roles as well as business transformation consulting. Dave has spent most of his career traveling and working internationally and lived with his family in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

As a Certified High Performance Coach with extensive global executive experience, Dave empowers aspiring and current C-suite leaders to cultivate successful leadership skills and enhance executive team effectiveness. Hi, I’m Nikkel Green, a Certified High Performance Coach. After a successful career in technology sales, I embraced my role as a stay-at-home mom for the past eight years. My journey into personal development began after my thyroid cancer diagnosis, igniting a passion for helping others achieve high performance in every aspect of their lives, especially while navigating chronic health challenges. I’m dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space for women to grow, enhance their relationships, and rediscover their zest for life. With experience coaching both executives and mothers, I’m passionate about empowering individuals from all walks of life.
